Thank you for sharing this - I know these episodes have been distressing, and finding yourself on the floor without remembering how you got there would be scary for anyone. I want to reaffirm what we shared previously: given the injury and the memory gaps, please do get evaluated by a doctor soon, and if you have ongoing safety concerns about your home specifically, that's something local law enforcement is best positioned to look into, not something we're able to assess here.
One thing that can be worth mentioning to your sleep specialist, since it does relate to narcolepsy: some people experience "automatic behavior" - continuing to move or act during a microsleep with no memory of it afterward. (https://narcolepsy.sleep-disorders.net/living/automatic-behavior) If that's part of what's happening, it's a useful detail to bring to your doctor when discussing these episodes, along with anything else you've noticed (timing, what you were doing beforehand, any cataplexy or sleep paralysis).
