I have not been diagnoised. But reading ya'lls comments it sound like what I have been experiencing the last year or so. i can actually lay my head down on the table after eating and nap. Also just being still (tv, reading). The dreams are so real. I call them mini dreams because they only last a few min. But so vivid. When I come to I am actually reaching out for the cup in my dream. or expecting the person I was talking to in my dream to be standing there. After about 2: in the afternoon I seem to be able to stay awake better. I am 72 and due to dozing off not supposed to drive more than 20 min. at a time. It is easy to stay up late. But I still wake up fairly early. I guess I'm going to have to find a Dr. near me. So glad to know I'm not the only one with this problem. Bless ya'll all. (I'm southern. ha)

  1. Thank for your response. I am 71 and just moved to OK. So I am starting over with Drs. Heart Dr says I'm fine. I had afib for a while. Ortho Dr says I have arthritis bad in a couple places. GP says high b/p & cholesterol. It's got where I am sleeping more and more of my day away. I don't like being tired all the time.
Again thanks for reaching out. I'm going to bed.

    1. Hi . I'm glad this community could be of help and I hope you will stick with us as you work toward a diagnosis. I hope your doctor is responsive and refers you for testing. Have you been tested for other possible factors in your fatigue, like nutritional deficiencies or thyroid issues? Wishing you the best. - Lori (Team Member)
