Trouble with Processing Information

Hey guys!

I suffer from anxiety and stress whenever I try to process large amounts of information quickly.

It's like my brain gets scrambled, and I cannot focus one thing. I usually end up muddling everything up and end up feeling extremely exhausted trying to think about where to begin.

Recently, I spoke to a few people with narcolepsy who suffered from the same issue, and now I'm wondering if this could be related?

Does anyone else suffer this?

  1. We live in a small town so Uber is not available but everything we need is only about 10 miles away and my wife is always with me for support. I'm glad you found away to cope a little with anxiety. Seems like narcolepsy has to keep us on our toes. Lol

    1. Hey Billybo! Aw that sounds amazing! That is so good to hear! Makes life much easier lol. Oh yeah with narcolepsy...life is never boring right? lol Thank you so much for sharing!

  2. Anxiety is a huge problem for me. Especially if going out, like grocery store.

    1. Hey Billybo! I can totally understand how you feel. I thought I was the only one, but simple things like having to get on a bus or train are things I get a lot of anxiety from. I usually just end up getting an uber to avoid them! lol

  3. I experience the same sorry of things. In addition to your scenario, I'm also very sensitive to light and sound

    1. Thanks so much for replying Jonathan! I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one 😀 I never actually thought about the sensitivity to light and sound...that's definitely something that I'm going to think about because I think I might have that slightly...
