Hi . Welcome to the community! Do you or your wife have narcolepsy? If so, is it contributing to her anxiety? We are not experts on anxiety, but I do know it's important to determine what is causing it. Anxiety is usually defined as intense feelings of fear or worry. We all experience those feelings sometimes, but it is considered a disorder if the reactions are uncontrollable, extreme or interfere with daily life. Does your wife get anxious because you are not at home or is she always anxious? Meditation apps are wonderful for calming the mind and body and reducing the physical reaction to anxiety, so they might help. But if her feelings are overwhelming, she should probably talk to her doctor about it or maybe see a therapist. A therapist can be really helpful in trying to find the sources of anxiety and in figuring out ways to cope. Some people need more help in the form of medication, but it is usually best to start with relaxation techniques and therapy. Here is an article about mental health disorders with links to more information: https://narcolepsy.sleep-disorders.net/mental-health. I hope this helps.
