I tend to go on less sleepy days. If you're in a hot place, go in the evening (or morning if you're an early bird) when the temperature is cooler. Try and go with a housemate, family member or friend if you are worried about getting cataplexy and have a medical necklace in case you get cataplexy and people panic. Avoid eating too soon before going (but not too hungry 😀). Best Wishes, Lauren (Team Member)
