Sleep specialists opinon

I collapse on a daily basis because i fall aslepp i have had 7 fractures (confirmed) in last 3 yrs. I was told i do not have narcolepsy because its too rare and cannot hurt you! He refused too test me for narcolepsy even though i suffer every symptom that occupies it for last 30 years i am 44 now and have no life has anyone else experienced difficulty with sleep clinic?
