Waking up wondering if someone's been in the house

Has anyone ever had the feeling of someone being in their house or violating them when they were sleeping and then you wonder if it really happened or not. The cops they say no one's been in the house your neighbors say you're crazy? I don't know what to think but it seems everyday at 3:00 a.m. I start to hear noises outside like someone trying to get in I fall asleep how stupid of me and then I wake up and I have this feeling that someone has done something I wake up with Mark's on me or I'm sore and there's spots on the sheets, things are missing, someone has eaten your food, someone's taking a shower in my shower, etc etc. Could this be real or am I having a narcoleptic issue? I tried to catch them on my phone like recording the background camera that records when your screen is off but I can't seem to because it seems like the screen goes black but you can hear noises in the background. It sounds like someone is in my house but you can see them so no one will lose me. Does anyone else have similar issues or ever? I don't know what to think I won't be calling the cops because they'll probably lock me up and say I'm crazy cuz not many people know about narcolepsy.
