My efforts are about trumpeting towards the lived human experience with Narcolepsy. Shedding light on the overlap and interconnected vast expansive symptoms, going beyond some of the current consensus that exist which is currently tunnel visioned, with consequences that are very limiting as well as at times even divisive. Not trying to say the science or experts are wrong, they're absolutely learning more and what they've figured out helps in better dissecting the lived human experience, but so often there's a total lack of actual focus towards the actual lived human experience. Very much I dream of the gap and disconnect, being bridged, so I do what I can on my own.
The following are links to some of what I've done recently:
The video series is called 'Talking Narcolepsy & the Symptoms of Sleep Disorders:'

An article/blog post of sort 'Reframing Narcolepsy: A Call for Clarity in Science and the Human Experience:'

And, a 'Narcolepsy Symptom Severity Range Tool:'

This 'free to download' resource is primarily designed for individuals living with Narcolepsy, but it also offers valuable insights for doctors and researchers. It sheds light on the interconnected and overlapping ways Narcolepsy symptoms manifest—especially Cataplexy, which profoundly re-shaped my life over 25 years ago.
