Dream / Reality?

I have literally been asking myself several times since a was a little girl daily if something was real or did I dream it ?..It is no walk in the park because it’s allowed bad things to happen in my life because I don’t always have a tight grip on reality. Also you have to be careful about who you let know that you have trouble staying present with knowing facts because people can be cruel in so many ways .
