Therapeutic Dose of Vyvanse for Type 1 Narcolepsy with Cataplexy
Hi All! I was wondering if I could get some input as to what some therapeutic doses you all are on that are successfully managing your Narcolepsy and ADHD? I am currently Dx with both, am 58, and have been taking the stimulants most of my life for the Narcolepsy. Have not been dx with ADHD until I was in my 50's. Imagine my surprise! Lololol. Anyway, I take Vyvanse 60mg and was wondering if they base it on height, weight or how do they base it? I believe it only goes to 70mg, but I'm having breakthrough sleeping spells, some cataplexy episodes, and LOTS of sleep talking WHILE I'm "awake" talking to people - in person, on phone, etc. It's very embarrassing. Looking for some input please, thank you in advance.
